Sportful is an Italian brand of sportswear. It is a brand name of Manifattura Valcismon S.p.a. from Funzaso. This knitwear factory was founded in 1946 by the Cremonese family. In 1972, Dr. Giordano Cremonese, who had taken over the management from his parents, began making cross-country clothing. That marked the beginning of the Sportful brand. Cycling clothing was started in 1985. Sportful also makes clothing for mountaineering (the "Karpos" line).
Sportful is the clothing sponsor of the Team Saxo Bank cycling team and of the Italian national cycling team (since 2002).
