On 13 December it was announced that Rabobank would continue under the name Blanco Pro Cycling Team. Richard Plugge was appointed as the new general manager. He succeeded Harold Knebel on January 1, 2013. During the first half of the 2013 cycling season, the team rode under the name Blanco Pro Cycling. On June 24, 2013, during the presentation of the Tour team, it was announced that the American manufacturer of computer hardware and peripherals Belkin became the sponsor of the team immediately and that the uniform became green-white-black.
In June 2014, it was announced that Belkin would stop sponsoring the cycling team at the end of 2014. On July 20, the team announced that it had entered into a partnership with the Brand Loyalty skating team. A day later, the team announced that the Dutch Lotto will most likely sponsor this sports combination. According to team manager Richard Plugge, this was already partly planned before it was announced that Belkin would stop. On September 29, the contract between the two teams was signed. The new name is Team LottoNL-Jumbo. The team has been running under the new name since January 1, 2015.
